At Thomas Marriage Coaching, we offer tailored packages of 5 or 8 sessions for engaged couples, featuring the SYMBIS assessment to guide you in building a strong foundation for your marriage. Our focus in these couple-to-couple sessions goes beyond planning the wedding; we aim to ensure your marriage thrives long after the "I do." Invest in your future together with our structured coaching designed to facilitate open communication and lasting partnership.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: The session can be rescheduled at no extra charge. Cancellations or Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: The couple will be charged for the session, as that time slot cannot be filled on short notice. Refunds: Once a package has been started (the first session has taken place), we do not offer full refunds. In certain exceptional circumstances, remaining unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion, minus an administrative fee. If a couple fails to attend a scheduled session without providing 24 hours' notice, the appointment is considered a "no-show," and the couple will be charged for the session. We use the committed time to prepare and plan, and missed appointments prevent other couples from receiving help. We encourage timely communication if an unforeseen conflict arises.
