Service Description
Our tailored appointments empower husbands and wives to deepen their connection and grow together in their marriage. Couples can choose to enhance their experience with the SYMBIS assessment for an additional cost or simply engage in insightful discussions to cultivate understanding and resolve challenges. Join us on this transformative journey to strengthen your bond and achieve a fulfilling partnership. What you receive: - One-on-One Coaching with Coaches Steve and Rachel - 5 or 8 Customized Action Plans (depending on selected plan) - Access for 3 or 6 months (depending on selected plan)
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: The session can be rescheduled at no extra charge. Cancellations or Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: The couple will be charged for the session, as that time slot cannot be filled on short notice. Refunds: Once a package has been started (the first session has taken place), we do not offer full refunds. In certain exceptional circumstances, remaining unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion, minus an administrative fee. If a couple fails to attend a scheduled session without providing 24 hours' notice, the appointment is considered a "no-show," and the couple will be charged for the session. We use the committed time to prepare and plan, and missed appointments prevent other couples from receiving help. We encourage timely communication if an unforeseen conflict arises.
